All delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Please do not book a tradesperson until your delivery has been checked and received and you are completely happy with the product.

Delivery charges depend on the option you choose see list below:

  • Orders over £499.00     Delivered free within 6 working days

  • Orders under £499.00   £40.00               within 6 working days 

  • Express delivery            £50.00                within 2-3 working days

  • Island postcode.            £100.00.           7+ working days

  • Remote postcodes       £65.00.              7 + working days

PLEASE NOTE ALL DELIVERIES OF TILES WEIGHING MORE THAT 18KG WILL BE DELIVERED BY PALLET. TILES ARE EASILY BROKEN IN TRANSIT AND WE BELIEVE THIS IS THE BEST METHOD TO DELIVER YOUR TILES SAFELY.

Small deliveries weighing below 18kg may be delivered using a parcel delivery service.
