Due to the heavy and fragile nature of tiles we recommend you order a sample before placing a full order.
Deliveries
All orders over £499.00 will be delivered free of charge to kerbside.
Deliveries are generally made between 8am-6pm
Please make sure you check and sign for your delivery. If there are signs of any damage or items missing please follow our guidance in the link below.
Kerbside deliveries
All of our pallet deliveries are delivered to Kerbside. Delivery drivers are not insured to enter your property.
Tiles can be extremely heavy so please make sure you arrange for someone to help you unload your delivery safely into your premises. The delivery driver cannot take away packaging or pallets.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. So please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return your order, due to the fast turnover of our stock we cannot accept returns past this time. Please remember that the order must be returned to us in perfect condition. Only goods returned in perfect condition will be refunded and the return costs are strictly the customers responsibility. We would recommend the use of a courier who offers insurance against loss or breakages, due to the fragile nature of these goods.
